Refund policy

At Heavens Lighting, we take pride in delivering quality lighting products. Please review our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.


1. RETURNS ELIGIBILITY

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging

  • The return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase is required

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return.


2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Installed or used lighting fixtures

  • Custom-made or special-order chandeliers

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Items damaged due to improper installation or misuse


3. RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at support@heavenslighting.shop within 7 days of delivery

  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the product

  3. If approved, return instructions will be provided

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


4. RETURN SHIPPING

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service


5. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos and packaging images

  • We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund where applicable

Claims submitted outside this window may not be eligible.


6. REFUNDS

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider

We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that do not meet return criteria.


7. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

  • Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of placement

  • Once processing or shipping has begun, cancellations are not possible


8. EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.


9. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION & LIABILITY

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. We are not responsible for loss or theft after confirmed delivery.
